50 pallets were used in the construction of this garden workspace; the primary structure is 2m by 3m, and the annexe is roughly 1m square. Completely insulated with electricity space is designed to be used year round by the owner for her fabric supply business. The subfloor is made from whole pallets as are the walls and most of the trim both internally and externally are fabricated from pallets taken apart and de-nailed on site.
Very few materials were brought new, most of the construction was from Skip finds, reclaimed wood or recycled materials. The new build replaced an older shed with the old shed providing donor materials for both the interior and exterior fit out.
A modified flat roof system utilises a pond liner installed to provide excellent drainage, and the siding uses hit and miss boarding with the vertical battens sourced from pallets all of which are being allowed to weather naturally. A round mirror window and bottle window compliment the main doors and central space window.

Très sympa, y aurait il moyen d’avoir un plan de construction? Voir même une photo de l’intérieur ?
