I built this Herringbone Pattern Pallet Bar for a client from reclaimed wood and Pallets. I used four pallets and (8) 2×6″ boards cut into 41 inches for trim boards. Additionally, I used half of 1/2 inch thick plywood. The plywood was used to help create my herringbone top and shelves. I burned portions to help with that aged rustic look. I varnished the bar when complete.
The tools I used to create this Herringbone Pattern Pallet Bar were:
- 18 gauge nail gun 16 gauge nail gun
- 16 gauge nail gun
- hammer
- saw
- drill
- router
- carpenters wood glue
- 32 screws
- 24 finish nails
- blowtorch
- screwdriver/drill
This bar would be fantastic at your Pallet Off-Grid Cabin! Turn soda cans into a vertical garden wall!
