I built this Herringbone Pattern Pallet Bar for a client from reclaimed wood and Pallets. I used four pallets and (8) 2×6″ boards cut into 41 inches for trim boards. Additionally, I used half of 1/2 inch thick plywood. The plywood was used to help create my herringbone top and shelves. I burned portions to help with that aged rustic look. I varnished the bar when complete.

The tools I used to create this Herringbone Pattern Pallet Bar were:

  • 18 gauge nail gun 16 gauge nail gun
  • 16 gauge nail gun
  • hammer
  • saw
  • drill
  • router
  • carpenters wood glue
  • 32 screws
  • 24 finish nails
  • blowtorch
  • screwdriver/drill
