For these Pallet Bar Stools/Benches, I needed the stool/bench to be 31 inches tall. For the width and length, I was not exact on the length as I tried to maximize the wood.
These Pallet Bar Stools/Benches were easy projects and didn’t take a lot of pallets. Great Party Decor Seating Ideas!
I did cut the legs on each end a 10-degree angle cut to give it stability, which I should have done with the bar stool. After assembling the benches and stool, I antiqued the wood using leftover paint and then sealed it with the exterior, water-based sealant. I assembled the seat with brads and followed up with some bigger finish nails. I pre-drilled the holes and used deck screws for the rest of the project. The bench and stools are going to be used at my beach house and since I was antiquing them anyway, not too worried about the rust factor. I rent the beach house, so these two items are pretty heavy-duty.
