For this Pallet Turtle-Foot Table, I used two EPAL pallets and four turtle statues as decorative table feet. We added a glass top and turned two pallets into a conversation piece!
How we made our Pallet Turtle-Foot Table:
First, we had to do a bit of cleanup on the pallets. We sanded all of the surfaces smooth and then applied two coats of white paint to all the surfaces. I gently sanded between coats to ensure good adherence. Next, I stacked the two pallets on top of one another and fastened together with screws. Finally, I applied a clear, water-based acrylic to seal it. We topped it off with a piece of glass that we had cut to measure and rounded on the corners. Our fun twist on this idea is that we used four cement turtles as the base/feet of this table. We think the result is quite nice and makes the build a little more fun!
