Now that my pallet workbench is done, I realized that I needed to make some Garage Pallet Storage Shelves! I was lucky enough to acquire some pallets used for stacks of solar panels. They were a pretty heavy-duty, made of 2×4, 2×8, and 1×4 boards, so it was almost perfect! All I needed to do was break the upper and lower decks down. The pallets also had 4×4 blocks between to make them have such a standard pallet space for forks.
Here’s how I made my Garage Pallet Storage Shelves:
My first step was to remove the top deck, which ended up being the sides. The depth was 36,” and height was 72,” and the length was about 70″. I also made some cross supports in the back to help with the wobble. Overall this was an easy project. To make the shelf itself, I used regular pallet boards. Then I filled up my Garage Pallet Storage Shelves, and it works great!
