WOW Look what you can build when you’re bored and have some spare parts in a warehouse! This Good Bed is the product!
To make a Good Bed on a budget, all you need is a bit of creativity:
This project was a product of our boredom! I looked around at the stuff we had, and felt inspired! We used parts of a door, pallets, and some 2×4″ boards as edge trim to make the headboard. Next, I made the bed frame using wall beams. I found bed planks leftover from an IKEA bed that we incorporated, so we don’t need a box spring. I used long car bolts to bolt the bed together. The only purchase was the wood stain. Everything else was found and upcycled.
Excellent work! The metal brackets are a unique touch! Now check out this review of PureColor’s line of sustainable stains and sealers.
