This Handy Hallway Pallet Shoe Rack will hold up to one hundred pairs of shoes. This is a fantastic addition to any home decor while reducing shoe clutter. I made this using about 6 Euro pallets, and it measures 1.7 meters wide x 1.2 meters tall.
I built a basic frame using deck boards and clad it on three sides with more deck boards. Next, I added a dividing wall out of more pallet deck boards and secured it in place. Then I added small shelving supports and attached them to the inside and outside walls. I made the shelves from more pallet wood and slid them in place. Finally, I covered the top with more pallet boards.
I sanded the piece down carefully and wiped it down to remove any dust. Next, I applied a golden stain to the outside and let it dry. Finally, I coated everything with clear polyurethane for protection and durability. Then, it was time to fill it with shoes. Now, we’re not tripping over shoes left loose in the hallway. My hallway is neat and tidy again!
