Amazing Bar From Pallet Wood

It took me four days to build this beautiful bar. I made a structure with formwork wood, 30 mm thick. On this structure, there is a pallet wood cladding.

I used vintage apple crates slats for the two plates with a resin finish. For the two trays, I glued slats on a pine board, and I joined each slat with special wood glue. This technique gives a perfect finish to the plate without gaps between the slats.

A grid with three catches was integrated into the bar and soft red light to make a room light. An original Vintage Coca-Cola bottle opener imported from the US was installed on this bar.

It has two drawers on rails prepared with wine crates and wrists of a baroque style. There is a central part made from pine wood for storing wine bottles. I used a stain between light oak and medium oak which gives wonderful color to this bar. The glossy finish on this bar makes it sparkle and attractive.

I galvanized with upholstery nails the corners of the bar to remind an industrial feeling.

Il m’a fallut 4 jours pour aboutir à ce merveilleux bar unique. J’ai fait une structure avec du bois de coffrage en 30 mm d’épaisseur. Sur cette structure il y a un bardage de bois de palette.
J’ai utilisé des lattes de caisses à pomme vintage pour faire les deux plateaux avec une finition résine. Pour c’est deux plateaux, j’ai collé des lattes sur une plaque de bois de pin et j’ai jointé chaque lattes avec un rebouche bois spécial. Cette technique donne une finition parfaite au plateau, sans qu’il est d’interstice entre les lattes.
Un réseau électrique avec trois prises a été intégrées au bar, ainsi qu’une lumière tamisé rouge pour apporter une luminosité d’ambiance. Un décapsuleur Original Coca-Cola Vintage importé des US a été installé sur ce bar.
Il présente deux tiroirs sur rails élaborés avec des caisses de vin et ses poignets d’un style barroque. Il y a en partie centrale un range bouteille créait en bois de pin.
J’ai adapté une teinte entre le chêne clair et le chêne moyen ce qui donne une merveilleuse couleur à ce bar. La finition brillante sur ce bar le rend étincelent et attirant. J’ai zingué avec des clous de tapissier les angles de ce bar pour rappeler un côté industriel.
