This Angled-Edge Pallet Bar is rustic but incorporates a bit of unique style with a simple detail along the bar top ends. Additionally, I added the foot rail into the frame support to create clean lines.

Make your own Angled-edge Pallet Bar for those backyard parties or your Man Cave!

I made this bar by upcycling six pallets and four 2″ x 6″ boards. The corner trim, foot rail, and shelf supports were made using two 2″ x 4″ boards. I used three 2″ x 12″ boards for the bar top & shelves. I used deck screws, 16-gauge finish nails, 1/2 gallon of stain and 1/2 gallon of polyurethane sealant. Finally, I used a 16-gauge nail gun, router, drill, hammer, paint brushes, safety glasses & gloves. Please remember safety first!

Just because a project is rustic, doesn’t mean that it can’t have a touch of sophistication! This pallet bar has a nice angled-edge detail along the bar top to elevate it. It would be beautiful for parties or that awesome man cave.

You can add an extended foot rail, or incorporate it into the design like this bar features. It is simply part of the support frame! A clean design.
