I made this Rustic Designed Pocket Hole Pallet Bar Stool was made from 100% heat-treated (HT) pallet wood. We featured, instead of hiding, the pocket holes as we thought they added a nice effect.

Overall measurements: This chair measures 19″ wide x 18″ deep. The seat height is 28″, and the height at the top of the seat back is 43.5″. We used pocket-hole screws for a sturdy build. We originally decided to face the pocket holes outward so that we could tighten the joints up as needed, but decided that it looked pretty cool. We ended up loving the way the pocket holes added to the design decor, so we left it as-is!
Add a great garden palet bar and invite the family over! If you don’t have time to make a bar, buy a pallet bar here!
