This Pallet Window Herb Planter Box was my first woodworking project using pallets as the primary wood media. It was fun, easy, and came out great. Now I can hang it and grow herbs right outside of my window.

First, I broke apart one pallet. Then, I built a box, making it to the dimensions that’d fit below my window. I used simple joints for all of it to make this a fast and easy project. I finished it with a weather-resistant stain and sealer. I assembled this in about two hours.
