My first project – I made a pallet mirror frame! I just used one pallet to make the frame and finished it with walnut stain. It took around 3 hours to complete.
My Pallet Mirror Frame:
First, I created a small sub-frame out of more deck boards that I trimmed down. This holds the frame away from the wall a little and creates a little depth. Next, I trimmed a few deck boards and butt-joined them, stagging the joints to keep it interesting. I secured the outer frame to the sub-frame after mounting the mirror to the back.
Sturdy Pallet Coffee Table – Finish:
I finished the project off with some walnut stain. Next I installed some mounting supports and then hung it on my wall after everything dried. Now, time to enjoy my creation. This was an easy project, and the only cost was a cheap mirror from any discount retailer, plus a little stain.
What stain did you use to achieve the finish?
NOW THIS IS THE FIRST BEST THING I’V SEEN IN A LONG TIME GREAT JOB !!!!
