Our large garden is ways back from our house, and we wanted something close to wash and process our vegetables. We had our old kitchen sink, and I stumbled on some free pallets so I thought I’d give it a shot. This is my first pallet creation, and while it needs some refinement, I’m really happy with how it turned out.
I used two pallets and star wood screws. The only non-pallet wood is the one leftover 2×4 I had, cut in half longways for the front legs. Otherwise, all the wood is from the pallets. Cut the pallets with a reciprocating saw and that was the best decision I ever made. Fast and easy. I didn’t use a plan, just what was in my head. The open space on the right side has eye hooks for hanging a trash bag to collect cuttings for our compost bin. Painted it using leftover spray paint and lacquered after. Used blues and greens to give it an earthy feel. We will connect a hose to the faucet and catch water under the drains in buckets for reuse in the garden.
I love this ❤❤❤❤
