This Pallet Entertainment Center is an easy, secure, and attractive way to hold all of your A/V equipment in one central location. It’s also very budget-friendly (so you can get an even bigger TV if you wanted). To hold your A/V equipment?
Here’s my Pallet Entertainment Center:
I created an interesting stack-up of pallets. I wanted to secure my equipment. I also needed several shelves of different height. This allowed me to put our video games and the equipment/games that go with it on their shelves to keep things neat and tidy.
The main body is two pallets held apart with deck boards and blocks, and on each side is a partial pallet that I cut to the size I wanted. I stacked another pallet on top to raise the TV up to the height I wanted as well. I cut another pallet into pieces and use those as the lower support structure. I added casters so that I can move it around and access the wires if need be.
I sanded it down so it wouldn’t have splinters, but kept some of the pallet charm intact. I applied a light stain and then put it to use.
I hope this inspires you to create an A/V cart that fits your room or area! :D
