Garden Fence Made From Repurposed Pallets

Used shipping forms and pallets from a local tractor-trailer manufacturer. Since these were 7×3 feet and made from 2×4, 2×6, 2×8, and 2x10s, I knew that they would be perfect for a DIY garden pallet fence. I acquired around 30 of these for free along with numerous other pallets and shipping forms. I cleaned than with a power washer to get the grime off of them. I then painted them. I cut the 10 foot 4x4s in half and cemented them in the ground at the corners of the garden.

Then I installed one section at a time using pieces of 2x4s to join them. I also used at post throughout the joined pallet pieces to give them some added strength as these each weighs around 80 lbs each. The hardware that was used to mount them to the corner and center section 4x4s also came from these pallets.

The final product turned out beautiful and better than expected. I also used a piece of metalwork from our old and worn out canopy frame and built the main fence gate around it! What is an excellent way to repurpose, recycle, and reuse what would have turned into firewood?
