This is my custom bathroom vanity I’ve built with four recovered wood pallets. The top of the vanity is 1 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ oak from our horse barn. I planed the boards and created a tabletop via pocket holes.
The legs are from the same oak just ripped at 1 1/4″ and notches were cut out via a crosscut sled. The shelving is from 4 different pallets. Each one was ripped/planed to 1/2″x3″x17″.
The overall dimensions of the vanity are 52″L x 17″W x 30″H.
From there, it received two coats of sanding sealer and two coats of 1000 semi-gloss varathane. This custom vanity took me two days to make – mostly because of the finishes I applied and it’s a nice pallet bathroom idea!
You are doing very well.
