First, assemble the pallet planks to the size clock that you want or need. Decoupage – the 24-hour process which is the hardest part, I am not patient! Ordered the clock movements online (cheap), stain to your preferred shade (or paint), you will want to seal with a polyurethane that has the sheen that you prefer as well (matte, semi-glossy, etc.). Install the clock movements, set and you are on time!
