I made this Queen-size Pallet Headboard using three pallets and finished it in only 8 hours. I kept the lines clean and simple and highlighted the extraordinary grain of the wood with a subtle whitewash. Finally, I finished it off with a matte finish.

This headboard measures 30 x 63″. First, I disassembled three pallets. I sanded them down quite smooth. Next, I assembled the headboard. I applied a whitewash to the headboard and allowed it to dry. When dry, I applied a matte finish polyurethane to protect it.
