Pallet Sectional Sofa

  • 6 pallets

This piece is so nice that you could use this Pallet Sectional Sofa indoors or out! This took six pallets to make, and you’d only need to add the cushions of your choice.

Make a Pallet Sectional Sofa for yourself:

First, I stacked two pallets on top of one another. I used spare blocks to create the sofa feet. I attached them together with screws. The armrests and side trim are all from deck boards. I mounted the seatbacks at a comfortable angle, trimming the side boards to fit. To stabilize the back, I used more deck boards and fitted them in. Each section can stand alone, but I like the look of them together. There are two sections with armrests, and the third is more of a chaise-style section.

These are currently unfinished, but they would be beautiful stained or even painted to suit your decor. This was a fast and fun build.

Hi Pablo, Heather the admin. assistant here. If you look at the top of this post, you’ll see little icons that indicate which tools were used. You can just hover your mouse over them and it’ll display each tool name. For this project, they indicated they used a planer, a sander, a drill and screws. They PROBABLY needed a saw if there was any trimming, but they didn’t list it. Hope this helps you a bit! Happy Palleting!
