Wooden pallets can be used in every corner of your house; whatever you may want to build, there a chance you can make it with repurposed pallet wood. Today, we decided to implement selective sorting! Okay, but with a kitchen trash bin, it’s better, and a garbage can make from recycled pallet wood it would be even better.
So, we managed to build this kitchen garbage from repurposed pallets. It’s a lot better than a cheap plastic trash bin, a lot more environmentally friendly, and a lot nicer! Are you still hesitating? You shouldn’t start right now to collect some pallets and build your trash bin out of pallets! We had merely never seen this type of use for pallets, but we love the idea and the beautiful rustic touch it will give to our kitchen!

From the look of it you take pallet planks 3 of them for the front and 3 for the back, and 4 planks 2 for each side and cut them to 3 1/2 feet to 4 ft long and glue the planks together side by side forming a box. You glue or screw a small 1×1 frame square around the bottom sides. Now you can leave the inside bottom open or cut 3 planks to fit flat along the bottom and glue or use screws small enough to attach them together
