I created this Free Wood Wall Art in about an hour! Home Depot gave me a free box of this new ready-made “rustic wood”. It comes pre-stained, finished, etc., so it saves a lot of steps. I think this product is great because it comes in boxes of flooring. It’s convenient for DIY projects! Home Depot gave me a box, and it was great to use! No, it’s not pallet wood, but you can’t always find them. And free wood is free wood! :D
How I made my Free Wood Wall Art:
I decided to put together a small project in my foyer. It was easy and didn’t intimidate me because there was nothing to cut around. I only had to trim one piece to make it fit. I really like the way this Free Wood Wall Art project came out. It looks great as a backdrop for some decorative art. I built this in about an hour. Here’re a couple of photos:
