This DIY pallet frame lets the beauty of pallet wood shine through!
I cut the boards to the desired length & width and mitered the corners for a more finished look. I attached it together using black 2″ screws and glue.
Finishing the pallet frame:
To finish the build, I sanded the wood down and then applied a dark stain. I liked the way the dark stain let the beautiful wood grain show through.
Finally, I bought acrylic from Lowe’s at the right size, so I didn’t need to cut it. I used some plywood as backing. I’m pleased with the way this piece came out, and I hope it inspires you to create your own frames!
