I made this King Size Pallet Headboard using pallets from my work. My employer charges $1.00 each (the dollar goes into the employee relief fund). I can’t remember how many pallets I used, but it couldn’t have been more than two.
This King Size Pallet Headboard was easy to make, and I used around two pallets to create it.
First, I cut the boards in varying lengths to get the staggered effect. Then I used a blow torch to get the color and clear coat for the shine. I didn’t sand any of it. I nailed the boards to cross boards and attached it directly to the wall.
