I built this Biscuits and Gravy Pallet Cabinet out of seven pallets. It measures 36″ tall, 12″ deep, and 66″ wide. The hardest part of building this is the WAITING. Waiting for glue to dry! This project requires a ton of biscuits to make the panels for the sides, back, top and shelf.
Build a Biscuits and Gravy Pallet Cabinet!
If you don’t have a biscuit joiner, they are about $60 at discount tool centers, and biscuits are about $8 per 100. Build the panels (stain the boards first, so you get the butt edges? Square them off and attach. Again LOTS of waiting for glue to dry. Once you finish the box, add the shelf, trim and doors. The doors are simple, mitered corner squares with chicken wire stretched in. Attach your doors and hardware, do a little touch-up stain, varnish, and boom! You just saved a few hundred bucks!
