This corner-sectional Euro-Pallet Patio Lounge Set would create an intimate seating area on anyone’s patio or deck. You can make your own with just a little less than 13 pallets.
Euro-Pallet Patio Lounge Set:
The only part of this lounge set that took extra work was the table. I had to remove the top deck boards and then reassemble them, adding more boards to fill in the gaps. The seating area was much easier. I made the seat bases by stacking two Euro-pallets and secured them together with wood screws. I repeated this and created three sections. Next, I used another pallet for each section and mounted it on the back to create backrests with more wood screws. I sanded everything down relatively smooth and then varnished it all to protect it from the elements.
Euro-Pallet Patio Lounge Set – Finishing Touches:
We added some comfortable cushions and pillows for the backrests, and our set was ready to be used. If you wanted, you could reinforce the backrests with metal brackets, or with boards to secure them together. Other options would be to put each section on wheels/casters, so you could rearrange them whenever you wanted. Same for the table!
