I constructed this Pallet Microwave Stand for my daughter to accommodate a large microwave. Most stands just weren’t big enough. This stand measure 41″ x 22″ x 30″ tall. Additionally, I made this stand entirely using pallet wood.
Bigger appliances need sturdier tables. Make your own Pallet Microwave Stand that’ll last longer than the microwave will!
I made it strong enough so her two teenage sons wouldn’t manage to damage it. Finally, I used some dark walnut Danish oil that I had lying around to finish the project. On the top, I used three coats of butcher block oil. I edge glued the top slats as well as glued it to the backer. I love using the notched frame parts on projects. They were already routed and add a “pallet” look.
