This Pallet Bench/Shoe Rack is my first serious pallet project using wood from Thailand. I completed the project in about four hours.
My Pallet Bench/Shoe Rack:
First, I built the top and bottom frame. Then I cut the deck boards to length for the leg supports. I installed the legs into the top/bottom frames and secured everything with nails. I added a lower shelf for shoes and topped the bench with sturdy deck boards. Finally, I sanded and varnished the piece.
This is only pallet wood, a lot of nails, and I only needed a few basics to build it. :)
