This Tile-Topped Pallet Coffee Table is built with mortise and tenon joints to ensure a stable, rectangular structure, and the tile is sealed for years of durability. It is an attractive and strong table for years of outdoor use on your patio or terrace. This project took me two days to make.
Materials & Tools:
- ½ Pallet used
- One 600X600 mm Floor Tile
- 12 Nails
- Wood glue
- Four 400X40 mm Lumber (legs)
- Four 1.5cm X 70mm X 600mm (supporting the legs)
- Four 600mm strips (around the table)
- 40-grit sandpaper
- 80-grit sandpaper
- Stone sealer
Tools required:
- Table saw

Assembly:
I joined all the legs and supporting lumber with a mortise and tenon to ensure a strong rectangular structure. Next, place the floor tile (600 x 600mm) on the structure, glue and nail the 600mm strips around the tile for detail. Finally, sand the project and seal the top with a stone sealer.
