I made this Western Saloon Pallet Backyard Bar using 4 1/2 pallets for the base. I added 2×12″ boards to create the bar top. Finally, I wrapped inside and outside with recycled, rusty galvanized roof tin.
I added a log for the foot rest /foot rail for a comfy place to rest your feet. Next, I added a Western décor and bar tap handles that I collected to give it an authentic feel. I will stain or paint the top when it cures, and then sand the edges for an aged patina. It’s a work in process, but we love it already!
