In Leiria (Portugal), a Marketing Agency (Sistema4) and a pallet Supplier (Martos) built last year the biggest Christmas tree ever made out of Pallets.

This Guinness World Record has the following characteristics:

  • 2200 pallets (EuroPallets)
  • 3000 screws
  • 28 tons
  • 40 hours of work divided in 5 days (time-lapse in the next video)
  • 75 pallet layers until the star
  • 11m height
  • 9,6m base diameter

This giant Christmas tree could be seen until January; 7th 2016 before the pallets go back to their real-life in the logistic loop waiting for their end of life or to be repurposed by one of you, who knows?
