This pallet bar was built from two and a half wood pallets. The bar top and shelves were made from (2) 2″×12″×12″ and cut to size. The trims and shelves supports were made from (4) 2″×6″×10″.
All pallet wood was sanded down using an orbit palm sander but you can use regular sandpaper if you don’t have a powered sander of if you prefer doing it manually.
Then, I used two different stains, mix together to achieve this beautiful color English chestnut and red mahogany.
I also applied a polyurethane clear coat as well for an awesome shine to this pallet bar.
