Someone who saw a previous pallet coffee table that I had made for a local coffee shop contacted me and asked me to make them something similar but to their specifications. They asked for Early American as the stain for the coffee table and black for the legs.
I ended up using ebony stain on the legs which were cut from oak pallet runner boards. I had some solid oak pallet stacker boards that I planed and then ripped down to use for the frame. Since the customer has younger grandchildren they asked for the corners to be rounded on the top.
The finished product was 44″ x 24″ x 19″. I applied one coat of satin polyurethane to finish the project.
quick question. how did you build the support for the bottom part?
I just screwed a piece of oak that I had ripped down to the legs and then glued and nailed the pallet deck boards to them.
Sympa cette petite table ? va vraiment falloir que je récupère des palettes à mon boulot ?
