Pallet Corn Hole Game Boards are actually quite simple to make! I made this Game Board from one 8′ pallet, along with some other scrap wood I had. I decorated it with a stencil and then wood burned it in.

I used one 8 foot pallet to make this project but had some extra wood hanging around that I used also. First, a broke down the pallet with a crowbar and hammer .then I stripped the nails out of the wood with a nail puller.
I then cut to size and sanded all the pieces of wood for the project.
- 12 pieces at 48″ long (6 of the top boards in half they were eight ft long)
- Four sections of the 2″ x 4″ s at 48″ long then cut the remaining four sections to the required size for the ends.
Then, four odd pieces of wood at 12 inches to use ass legs for the whole side of the game. These are attached with bolts and nuts (measure to get the size to fit all pallets are not the same thickness).
