I made this Two-Fisted Sassy Skull Pallet Chair because every man needs a lady. Every lady needs her own Queen-Chair!
Make this Sassy Skull Pallet Chair for your special lady, and you’ll win awards for your party decor ideas!
This project took approximately 10 hours, and I needed three pallets to make it. I built a straightforward chair design but had some fun with a jigsaw to make the back rest a bit unique. First, I attached several pallet boards to 1×3″ boards from the back across the top, just below the nose and along the bottom. I secured with screws, and then sketched out the areas I wanted to cut. I drilled a pilot hole and used a jigsaw to carve out the eyes, nose, and the skull shape along the outer edge. For a little more fun to get the party going, I carved out two holes in the arm rests and made sure the frame provided a bottom rest for your beverage of choice. The bow was another scrap I cut out with the jigsaw.
