Someone asked me if I could make them a Pallet Television Stand Entertainment Center, so I searched for some ideas. I found several ideas on 1001pallets that I slightly modified and built to the size she needed.
This Pallet Television Stand could be a handy side table or even a gaming center!
Additionally, I had to purchase four 6′ 1″ x 4″s. I used them for the front and back shelf supports, and for the middle and bottom shelves. Everything else used was pallet wood. She asked for hers to be 36″ high by 54″ wide and 17″ deep. I used 2″ and 2 1/2″ screws to build the frame and 1 1/4″ trim nails and wood glue to attach the deck boards as shelves. As you can see from one of the photos I happened to have two deck boards that had some large knot holes in them. I used them for the top shelf and installed them with the holes near the back so there would be a place to run the wires and cables for the television and DVD player and any other electronics.
Maybe make a Pallet Television Stand for your man cave or woman cave?
The tools used were my table saw, miter saw, hammer, and cordless drill for construction. I sanded and stained the stand, but didn’t apply any polyurethane in order to keep a more rustic look.
Great job – you’ll be hosting parties quickly – better make yourself a nice Coffee Table to hold those snacks and beverages! :D
This was my addition to the room…
