I wanted to create a seat from an electrical reel and a full pallet, and I created this Sturdy Decorative Pallet Bench.

I made cutouts in the reel sides to install my pallet and create a flat base. Then, I reused the cutout portions for parts of the backrest. Next, I cut a wave shape in a pallet board and used that to connect the round pieces of the backrest. I used 4×6″ boards as part of the armrest and seat supports. Also, I added a shelf behind the backrest for a place to put potted plants on.
Je souhaitais créer une assise à partir des plateaux d’un touret et d’une palette pleine -très solide!- que j’ai récupéré. J’ai réalisé des découpes dans les plateaux afin de pouvoir y installer ma palette et créer une base plane. Ensuite, comme rien ne se perd…, j’ai réutilisé les chutes des plateaux pour le dossier. Un morceaux de palette ajourée vient faire la jonction entre les arrondis au travers d’une vague. Enfin, j’ai fixé à l’arrière, et sur toute la longueur du dossier, une tablette pour y installer des plantes en pots.
