I built this wood burned Pallet Planter Pair but wanted to decorate them differently. It was a great excuse to use the torch to burn the wood to highlight the woodgrain. I upcycled everything, from the frame to the nails! Additionally, I was careful to measure twice and cut once to reduce waste.
My Wood Burned Pallet Planter Pair:
I built the inner frames first and added the bottoms in next. I wood burned all of the deck boards I was going to use and clad the sides first. Finally, I used a couple more boards and mitered the corners. I installed them onto the tops as a decorative edge/trim. We also decorated them with a charcoal stencil, but I didn’t upload those photos.
LOL!
I like them the other way. ?
It took me a while to understand the photo. It’s upside down. Lol.
