I built this Metal-Topped Rustic Pallet Bar was made with approximately four pallets & 1/4″ steel. It measures 57″ x 12″ for the front section, and 24″ x 12″ for both sides.
My Metal-Topped Rustic Pallet Bar:
It has two 3″ locking caster wheels, and 3″ adjustable feet for the back. I applied a stain and sealed all surfaces. The sides have an inner 2-bottle wine rack and a stemware holder that’ll accommodate four wine glasses.
The inside front has a shelf all the way across. The overall size is 41″ high with the feet, 59″ wide, and 38″ in depth. It also has a footrest across the front. I built this bar to be sturdy, and it weighs approximately 150 lbs! However, the wheels make it very easy to move around. We used drywall screws, nuts, bolts and some lag bolts. This is the third one we’ve made, and they keep getting better. This is for the advanced worker, since the bar top, foot brackets, glass holder latch, and hinge are all welded/handmade. Hope it inspires you!!! Dog (Sadie) not included.
Editor’s note: Sadie looks like she approves (and she’s cute too)!
