Outdoor Pallet Sectional Set / Maxi Divano Fatto Con I Pallet

We built this Outdoor Pallet Sectional Set out of 12 pallets, and it took us about 12 hours. This will turn any boring deck or patio area into an outdoor area that encourages everyone to come outside!

Outdoor Pallet Sectional Set:

We started with nine Euro Pallets and washed them with vinegar. Next, we sanded down all the rough edges and exposed corners. Then, we stacked two pallets on top of one another and secured them together with wood screws. We mounted the backrest by holding it against the two stacked pallets and secured it similarly. We repeated this build process on all three sections. Next, we used a portion of a pallet for the corner unit. We used more deck boards to fill any gaps on the top deck. We installed a set of legs for support. The backrest was made of more pallet boards, staggered for interest.

To make the sofa inviting and comfortable, we bought the cushions from the ‘net: 120 15/20 cm x 80 cm high cost approximately € 100.00 each (they will serve three). We chose pillows that were 40 x 40 cm to be used in cost backrest eight / 15,00 € per the second type.  We sealed the set with a neutral primer.

Servono 9 bancali epal ( 120 x 80 cm spessore 14,5 cm ) di robusta e sana costituzione. li dobbiamo pulire o lavare con aceto. Carteggiamo con carta grossa con un flessibile tutti gli angoli a vista.

Appoggiamo un pallet in verticale sul fianco di due pallet distesi avvitandolo con delle viti da legno robuste ideale da 8/10 cm. Fatto questo sui tre moduli costruiamo l’angolo come da foto usando delle tavole che abbiamo smontato da pallet, pulite e lavate.

Per i cuscini possiamo rivolgerci a internet dove vendono cuscini 120 x80 cm alti 15/20 cm costo 100,00 € circa cadauno ( ne serviranno tre) compriamo dei cuscino 40 x 40 cm da utilizzare nello schienale costo 8/15,00 € a secondo del tipo. e abbiamo il nostro maxi divano.

Decidiamo per il colore… consiglio vernici ad acqua colore legno chiaro o scuro. Io amo il colore naturale delle tavole invecchiato e usurato… solo una mano di impregnante neutro.
