For a long time, I wanted to assemble a Fast Comfortable Pallet Garden Lounger Set. Primarily, I wanted it to be easy to build, but that it could also be left in the rain. Also, I wanted it made with cheap materials. Luckily, the internet taught me I could do this very easily with pallets. So, I gathered pallets at work where they throw them away, and this is what came out of it. It's my first pallet creation. I hope you like it.
Fast Comfortable Pallet Garden Lounger Set - The Table:
To begin, I used two pallets and set them up on their sides horizontally to form the legs. Next, I put a pallet across the pallet legs and mounted the legs just to the inside of the blocks of the table top. Then, I secured everything with nails. Thankfully, I did not have to do any sawing or trimming whatsoever to make this table.
Fast Comfortable Pallet Garden Lounger Set - The Sofas:
First, I cut four pallets lengthwise just past the center stringers/blocks. These became the couch seats. Next, I cut another set the same way to create the bottom base of the couch and used the other cutoffs to form the middle layer of the couch seats. Finally, I cut another four pallets the same way EXCEPT that I left the end boards longer so that I could mount the pallets as the backrests.
Fast Comfortable Pallet Garden Lounger Set - The Finish:
I sealed the entire set with a lacquer to protect them for many years. Cheap; simple; and functional. Lightweight and portable, so I can rearrange anytime I want. Plus, this Fast Comfortable Pallet Garden Lounger Set only cost around 20 dollars.
