These lower end BBQ’s usually need assembly, so the good news is they are easily disassembled. I stripped mine down to the tube frame with its feet, two wheels, the floor and the front panel. In my pallet find, there was one oddball. I am a lazy creative, and this pallet required tiny intervention. It was wide enough to span the tubular frame across the top (52″), and the centre support was positioned to just cut away everything to the side of it. The frame fit perfectly over the tube arms. The top was screwed down through the metal arms. The top slats were then filled with 3″ boards. The metal part got a tremclad finish, but I liked the natural look on top. It rolls perfectly. I lift it by the top, but it could easily have a towel dowel handle for extra panache. Easy when the right one comes along. Just like life right?
