I wanted to put a photo of my family on my father’s grave at Christmas so decided to get creative. I cut a length of wood up from a pellet and created a stand using triangular cuts. We applied wood stain to the wood left to dry then applied a photo printout face down using mod podge. Left to dry overnight then wiped off gently leaving a perfect print. I screwed the triangular pieces to the plaque leaving it finished.

The bad thing is that most cemeteries have regulations on what can be placed and the type of material used.
