Following the popularity of the first pallet cabin I made in August 2013, I decided to build a 19 Pallet Teenager Cabin Hideaway. This time, the cabin is larger and better suited for teenagers.
The simplest way for me to plan and build this project was to use new pallets made to my specifications. However, it is still possible to create this using recycled pallets, too. I used 19 pallets to build this cabin. If somebody is interested or needs more information, feel free to contact me. Thanks for your comments.
[Update] Following the number of people interested in this pallet teenage cabin, I’ve made the PDF plans available to help you build this amazing pallet cabin! Link to the PDF plans below:

Hi, Think it is about 2.8 meters
not sure.

Seems like more wood than just pallets here… just saying
More than 90% palets. For the design of this cabin, you’ll need: • 14 assembled double-sided pallets (in my case 1.5 m X 1.2 m X 0.14 m). • 5 disassembled pallets (same dimensions). • 6 Ondulines (2.3 m X 0.97 m) – or similar material – to cover the roof. • 3 m of Ridge tile. • For the roof: 12 rafters (3 m X 0.05 m X 0.07 m) – they were not pallet wood in this case since it’s easier to achieve. • Self-drilling screws (I prefer screws than nails): o 100 screws 6x120x70 o 150 screws… Read more »

Maybe.. but unlikely. I haven’t gotten my hands on pallets this big in my neck of the woods, double centers and all that. Pallets do come in all shapes and sizes though.. I haven’t gotten my hands on hardwood pallets either and I’ve seen other people get those 12 and 16′ long
These pallets are used in France in canning factories. It also exists for cement delivered in bags.

This is amazing! I see you don’t have plans but tell me how many pallets on the bottom and the sides! Did you use 2×4’s at all? Thanks for inspiring us all!
Hi,
Yes, the plans are available here: https://www.1001pallets.com/download/pallet-teenager-cabin/
:)
I would love to know the lumber list that was used other than pallets?
I see about 70 or so of 1x4x10 or 12
20 or so 2x4s
and at least 1 4×4
and that’s just what I notice right off hand

excellent work. just a question. How do you handle the palets rotting? Also is there much more wood to buy after the pannels? tks
hello, thanks.
I don’t manage palets rotting as it is Only a cabin.
The first I have done for my daughter is still well even if located In Dordogne France in a place with a lot humidity.
As it is fully open, Air circulation help to Keep dry and no Moisture.
Not so Much ! Only long one ! for the roof.

You can find the plans here: https://www.1001pallets.com/download/pallet-teenager-cabin/
I love this. You certainly have talent. Could I have the plans please
Hey do you have plans or blueprints for it i love to see them
As I have seen there are no plans available, do you possibly have more pictures for details as well as a detailed itemized list of what wood you used for this project? Any tips would be welcome as well, this is a beautifl little cabin and if built i wouldn’t want a little mistake messing up the whole project! Thank you for any advice/ info you have.
Really, like this thinking of making a few adjustments to make it a chicken coop hangout. More pictures would be great to see during your construction if you have them.
I would love a set of plans! Thanks for sharing.
Could i get a copy of plans please. Love what you did. Very creative.
Many of you ask for plans. 1001pallets webmaster contacted me to ask if possible to make a tutorial to help you. Sorry, there are no construction details availables, I made the first cabin directly on feeling for my daughter, the second one was designed on computer just for the fun, I do not need plans to do this. If you need some explanations, ask me I will give some details. Do not want to go too deep in drawings. For those who live in France, if you are interested we can deal. About dimensions (centimeters) : Pallet : 150x120x14 weight… Read more »
You’ve mentioned to email you for some details. I would love to have what you’re able to give. We’ve been wanting to create something for our grandsons for a while and this definitely looks doable!! Thank you so much!

This isn’t all pallets. Standard pallet 48x48x4. I see some pretty long boards here
Yes Phil, you’re right, there are 12 long boards to support the roof, and the roof too is n’t made of pallets.
Pallets sizes are not common, in centimeters 150x120x14
