When I got a new sofa last year I tried to give a way the old love seat but couldn’t find anyone who wanted it. So, I decided to take it apart, give a friend the fabric and throw out the stuffing. The wood frame sat on my veranda for a year before I got the idea to try to transform it into a pallet sofa for the veranda. I think it has turned out quite nicely! I wonder why more people don’t paint their pallet furniture. Mine was painted by my talented sister, Jennifer and I think she did a great job of making it look like old turquoise – our favorite color!!
