I made this “Outhouse” looking structure for a neighbor so that he could cover his aeration pump and store his pond supplies. He supplied the windows on the two sides, I supplied the lumber from skid material. The Cedar was purchased in 10′ sections for $2 each and I cut up 12 sections to make the roof. I pin nailed the shingles. The 2″ screws which cost about$18, were the only other purchase made to complete this “BEAUTY”! I spent approximately 80 hours over the course of 6 weeks to assemble this structure. The hardest part was keeping everything square because I didn’t have a flat indoor surface on which to build.
I consumed approx. 20 skids for this project. There were no building plans used (except the picture in my head!)
