Caban Beach House: When Pallets Meets Design

Conceived for Tomorrowland, this cabin beach house is built from numerous shipping pallets and local materials. It’s a collaboration between Japan Artist David Guarino and local artisans. The open air space is a cross between an outdoor lounge and café terrace, including a bookstore, a shop, shower and bathroom facilities. This beach house is located in the town of Hayama on Morito Beach in the south of Tokyo.
