Extra storage is always good, but when it looks this good, that’s a bonus! This Corner Pallet Cabinet is curvaceous and eye-catching!
Corner Pallet Cabinet:
First, cut three pallet stringers to the height you want your cabinet, minus the thickness of the top boards. Next, I covered the back with pallet deck boards after sanding and planing them. Then, I built triangular shelves, cutting the boards to fit and securing them to two boards I installed underneath. I installed them into the cabinet with screws from the outside connecting to the shelf supports. I covered the top of the cabinet with more boards and then cut two boards into arc shapes.
Corner Pallet Cabinet – the doors and finishing it up!
Next, I cut several deck boards down to narrower pieces and attached them to the curved sections to create the curved doors. I trimmed out the cabinet and added another board down the center to create a place for the cabinet latch to mount. Finally, I installed the doors with gate hinges and mounted the cabinet latch by using a piece of gnarled wood that I drilled and mounted with a hex nut.
