This Rustic, Tall Pallet Hall Tree stands 6ft tall and 4ft wide. We started with a plywood background and built the barn door, piece by piece. My father provided the antlers for our hall tree, and they make great coat hooks. He spent many years he spent picking up and collecting antlers.
Make a Rustic 6-Foot Tall Pallet Hall Tree for your entryway:
Start with a piece of plywood, cut to 6′ x 4′. Next, begin applying the pallet boards, and add another layer as shown in the photo. The style of this bench would be easier to build with a pocket-hole screw set or by using biscuits to join the pieces together. Top off the bench with a layer of pallet boards and sand down to the look you want. Stain the bench, or paint it, the way you like. Hang the collected antlers to create a coat rack and then bask in the glory of your build!
