Be ready for any holiday or celebration. Brighten up your porch, or add some rustic artwork to your walls! I made these Painted Pallet Flags and Painted Decor for under 25 dollars, and it only took about 5 hours. You can make them bright and neat, or sand some of the dry paint off around the edges to give it a weathered, rustic feel.
Various Patriotic Painted Pallet Flags:
I made several, and they’re good for many occasions. The flag was just a complete pallet that I removed most of the rear deck boards from and painted with patriotic colors/patterns. I added boards to another pallet after removing most from the rear deck to create a “canvas” for my snowman. Then, I only had to add a couple pieces to create the little top hat. Paint and some little hand-done stars add a fun twinkle to the scene.
Various Patriotic Painted Pallet Flags – What’s not to love?
For the “Love” sign, I only used a small piece of a pallet. I used stencils and some of the same paint I used for other projects to keep it all economical. I did a similar design for the <3 USA sign. Finally, the Cubs pallet took more effort. I cut out the letters and the logo from scrap wood and applied them on top after painting pallets. All of these were fun and wallet-friendly projects that even the kids could help with.
