Want more fun and excuses to have a party? Then make yourself something like this 30 Seconds Pallet Gamers Table! We made this with a combination of framing pine and pallet wood. We didn’t stain or seal it so that the customer could decide how to finish it when they received it. I purchased some framing pine for the long lengths. However, we made the rest of the table out of pallets. I made the legs and side of the frame were made from pallet stringers. Then, I planed the deck boards smooth and assembled the top of the table. I fastened everything together with screws.
30 Seconds Pallet Gamers Table Details:
First, I started with three pallets and broke them down using a circular saw and a reciprocating saw (here a good article to learn how to dismantle a wooden pallet). I bought some 90 x 35″ framing pine for the long lengths. Next, I framed out the table top into a long rectangle and attached the frame to the stringer board legs. I reinforced the legs with deck boards running horizontally near the bottom. This prevents the table legs from spreading out. Then, I added a center board to reinforce the table and prevent any sagging. The center board also provided another area to attach the deck boards too. I planed the deck boards to the same thickness and aligned them for the best visual appeal on the table. We cut the boards to length. Finally, we routed the edges over for a finished look.

We’re proud of this table and think it came out great. It also highlights the unique beauty of wood seconds that don’t make the initial grade for furniture. When the unique character of the wood is highlighted instead of avoided, it brings interest and a charm that production products are lacking these days.
